MISSION CONTROL FOR
LIVE EVENTS.
GigRadar brings attendee, security and medical presence, event zones and live incidents into one operational view — built for the people running the event, not just the people attending it.
GigRadar Command
Live EventJohannesburgIncident timeline · simulated
This dashboard is a demonstration of the GigRadar command interface using simulated data — not a live customer deployment.
Three layers, one picture.
GigRadar is structured around three connected layers that together form the operational picture shown above.
Attendee layer
Squad-based location sharing, safe zones and one-tap SOS — the tools people use to stay connected to their own group.
Field layer
Security and medical personnel visible on the operational map, with incidents that can be reported, acknowledged and routed to the right responder.
Command layer
A control-room view — zone occupancy, incident status and escalation — designed for organisers, safety officers and VOC commanders.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN
THE SIGNAL DISAPPEARS?
Tens of thousands of phones in one place overwhelms cellular networks fast. GigRadar's long-term architecture is built around that reality.
Traditional path
Every link in this chain can fail under crowd load — a single point of congestion breaks the whole path.
The GigRadar mesh layer Live: SOS relay
Device ↔ device ↔ device ↔ device — an SOS or show-stop alert relays over Bluetooth directly between nearby phones, hopping from device to device with no internet or cellular signal required.
Bluetooth mesh relay for SOS and show-stop alerts is built and shipping today — multi-hop, verified working across real devices with zero network connection. Extending that same resilience to the rest of squad connectivity (live location, chat) beyond emergency alerts is the direction the roadmap is heading.
